I’ve been going to Nova for about a year now, and I have nothing but good things to say! Always have the most pleasant experience with staff — very caring and friendly people. My treatment (Invisalign) has been going very smooth and I feel like the team is extremely accommodative and so welcoming. I always enjoy my time here :) 100% would recommend to anyone interested in Invisalign, or really any service 😄

Dr Cousins is fantastic. He's is very good at what he does and has amazing communication. As a 45 year old going through braces for the 2nd time in my life - I couldn't be in better hands.

My 10 year old is getting his braces through Nova and we have been very happy with the process over the past 7 months. They have been very upfront about his anticipated treatment and costs, and everyone in the office has done an amazing job at keeping my anxious kid calm and informed about what will be happening at his appointments. He is totally at ease here and that’s not an easy task for him!

Nova Mill Creek is phenomenal! They have always been welcoming, friendly and make my kids feel comfortable in a place that can often be scary. From day one Dr. Cousin was straightforward with us, understood our financial situation and figured out what would fit our needs the best. We were never pushed into anything that was not needed and everything was clearly explained to us along the way. We couldn’t be happier with our ortho experience. We had an excellent experience at this pediatric orthodotic office. Dr. Tim Cousin is extremely professional and knowledgeable, and the assistants are genuinely kind and patient with children. From the moment we walked in, everything felt well-organized and reassuring. The waiting area displays many professional awards, which really reflects the doctor’s expertise and dedication. Even though the consultation was free, the time and care we received were outstanding. It truly shows the high level of professionalism and quality of care of the doctor and the entire team. Highly recommended.
